Personal performance management is not just the managing of attitude; not just the managing of activity; not just the managing of motivation. It is the managing of all three. To perform optimally, ‘right now’ we must be aware of what we can do, effectively determine what we should be doing, and then turn that should into what we are doing, ‘right now’.

ACTIVATION focuses on strengthening the 3 critical determinants of effective personal performance management:

Self Confidence: the awareness we have of our potential and the faith in our being able to put that potential to work.
Self Direction: our ability to make the right immediate activity decisions regarding the application of that potential.
Self Commitment: the conversion of those decisions into action.

ACTIVATION is a ‘how to’ process, made up of 10 simple habit combinations, each combination consisting of one self-confidence, one self-direction and one self-commitment exercise. Working on one habit combination at a time and requiring only minutes a week, the participant continuously builds his/her personal performance management effectiveness.
