ACTIVATION - Modes of Delivery

Seminar
The concepts and tools of Activation can be initially presented through a highly interactive seminar that provides participants with the opportunity to discuss many issues related to personal performance management and gain initial exposure to the tools of the process.

This seminar can be facilitated by a member of E.J. Freedberg Consultants or by a member of the client organization, trained to facilitate Activation. Facilitation training requires neither general training nor content expertise.

Self Study
In this delivery mode, the concepts and tools are introduced to the participant through the participant materials themselves. The client organization may elect to utilize managers to coach the process. A half day coaching seminar is available for managers to support their coaching role.

E-Learning
The participant material, whether Activation is introduced initially through seminar or through self study, can be delivered via hard copy or using an e-learning format.
