Deliver a keynote address to a Corporate Sales Meeting; conduct a workshop
with agency managers to increase their activation levels in their leadership
role and to help them create an environment that strongly supports the
personal activation levels of their agents.

Engagement
Jointly, John D. Fleming and Edmund J. Freedberg,
PhD, deliver an address on the subject of “Personal Performance
Management” to an audience of sales managers, agents and Head Office
executives. In addition, they conduct a two-day workshop to help the managers
redefine their management responsibilities and their relationship with
their agents.
Consulting Process
A platform presentation to Sales Conference attendees. A private
meeting with the President and other senior executives to explore sales
and operational challenges in Jamaica.
A two-day Agency Manager Seminar focused upon the principles and the techniques
required to promote the “self-managed agent”.
A determination of appropriate reinforcement and tracking activities to
support the program.
Results
The Company continues to reinforce Activation skills. Performance
of the organization was up 16% in the first 6 months of 2001.
