system utilizing highly-trained, salaried advisors.

Engagement
Provide multi-dimensional advisory support to the
management team. Initially, serve as a reality check and provide input
vital to the refinement of implementation requirements and action plans.
Contribute hands-on services to assist in the design of training, development
and operational functions. Serve as a mentoring resource for selected
members of management.
Consulting Process
Attendance at key management meetings. Serve as a facilitator
at period review sessions. Regularly provide one on one feedback by phone,
in person or through technology.
Results
Contributed significantly to the refinement and final design
of the overall strategy. Provided practical ideas and input; served as
an “early warning” system which saved time and money for the
organization as it ventured into unchartered waters. Accelerated the learning
curve and the effectiveness of newly-hired members of the management team.
