concerns. Analyze key documents related to conceptual design and implementation
process. Participate in high-level steering committee meetings; close
collaboration and advisory role with Supervisory Team. Fact-finding, field
research and process evaluation using a variety of interview techniques
at every level. Ongoing feedback, recommendations and prescriptive information
for staff development.

Recommendations re coordination and supervision of new distribution;
identify developmental opportunities for specific field managers and individual
team members; outline and deliver methodology for monitoring and reinforcing
