Timely to do an objective evaluation of this new undertaking with an emphasis
on determining new productivity opportunities for the field organization.
Consulting
Engagement
In collaboration with a major consulting organization,
provide subject expert oversight and impact to the engagement, as well
as recommendations and action plans for Senior Management.
Consulting Process
Comprehensive interviews with Senior Management personnel. Interaction
with Field Advisory Groups. Conduct research on leading practices related
to productivity enhancement; obtain valued input from a cross section
of the field force. One on one and team interviews at head office and
field level. Reports and recommendations provided in structured phases.
Conducted a special workshop on the subject of productivity improvement
and growth opportunities in distribution.
Results
Comprehensive reports with recommendations grouped by function
issues and subsets. Specific action items and target dates defined by
subject and by key person accountable. Value added feedback on management
actions required and or personnel related matters. Outlined additional
strategic and tactical issues requiring attention.
