to all companies and to the executives running them.

Engagement
FAI is retained and serves the role of “Subject
Expert” with regard to distribution. The experience, insights and
reputation are of particular interest to the companies in Asia.
Consulting Process
Promotional visits to selected companies providing an opportunity
to explore key issues facing each company, outline services and share
some high level insights as to developments in North America, UK and Europe.
Conduct high-level introductory sessions involving a series of scheduled
meetings with members of executive teams and key functional leaders to
complete a diagnostic/discovery process.
Adapt specific presentations for selected companies. Subject matter includes:

- leading practices of financial advisors
- implications of selling variable insurance products
Results
A highly successful two-week tour. Significant enhancement of
the image of the reinsurance company in the eyes of its clients. In addition,
a keynote address was made to the Life Insurance Management Institute
of Taiwan.
