Fleming Advisors International, working with Dr. Edmund J. Freedberg,
PhD., prepare a meeting to meet the following objectives:
- Define and clarify the role of managers in the organization.
- Communicate the areas of support for managers' success.
- Determine managers accountability and how it will work.
Results
A unique 2-day management conference is conducted. The Employee
Profile is reaffirmed, the Manager’s Role is defined and the Code
of Conduct is introduced. The corporate Branding Strategy is presented
and selected working groups are determined for follow up activities.
