Fleming Advisors International working with Dr.
Edmund J. Freedberg, PhD. is asked to prepare and conduct a three-day
workshop to ensure objectivity; foster openness and build a team based
on competence, confidence, cooperation and commitment.
Consulting Process
The process consists of:
- A private diagnostic interview with each member of the team based on
implementation issues, operational challenges, teamwork demands and actionable
items impacting on the achievement of short-term objectives.
- A preliminary report highlighting the major issues, gaps and opportunities
requiring attention.
- A pre-meeting assignment.
- Facilitate the meeting.
Results
A highly interactive and constructive 3-day senior management
team retreat was conducted. The outcomes of the meeting included a Management
Code of Conduct, an Employee Profile, a Manager Profile, a Performance
Management System and the foundation elements of a People Strategy Document.
